Breaking: Ajasin’s daughter suffers against Akeredolu at Appeal Court

…… JUMOKE ANIFOWOSHE LOSES AT THE COURT OF APPEAL.

The appeal filed by Mrs. Jumoke Anifowoshe against the victory of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, in the primary election of All Progressives Congress(APC) held on July 20, 2020, has been dismissed.

Jumoke from Owo like Akeredolu, is a daughter of the first civilian Governor of Ondo state, Late Pa Michael Adekunle Ajasin.

The Court of Appeal, Abuja, in an unanimous decision today, dismissed the appeal for lacking in merit.

Hon Justice I E. Ekwo of the Federal High Court, Abuja had on 13th January, 2021 dismissed the suit filed by Mrs Anifowoshe as being statute barred.
