Adebanjo, Afenifere Leaders in secret meeting with Tinubu

Leaders of Pan-Yoruba socio-political group, Afenifere, on tuesday paid a visit to a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, at his home in Lagos.

The leaders met behind closed doors while details of the meeting was not disclosed to newsmen but it was generally believed that it is to thanks God for Tinubu’s life.

They include Afenifere leader, Chief Ayo Adebanjo, Chief Supo Sonibare, Oba Olaitan Oladipo, and retired Assistant Inspector General of Police, Tunji Alapini.

This is coming days after Tinubu returned from a medical trip to the United Kingdom where he underwent knee surgery.

The last time Tinubu and Adebanjo met was in April when the former Afenifere spokesman, Yinka Odumakin died.
