….those people are jester —Party leaders
Some party leaders and members have described as illegal and mere joke, the purported suspension of the Executive Chairman of Ifedore local government Alex Oladimeji, from the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Ondo state.
Some people who claimed to be members of the party’s executive in Ijare ward 1 had in a letter said that the ward executives alleged that Oladimeji’s activities in recent time were against the provisions of the party’s constitution.
However, in a statement made available to newsmen in Akure on Wednesday, three of the leaders at Ijare ward-1, Hon. Tunde Agbeluyi, Mr. Daisi Oluwajana and Mr. Ayesoro Muyiwa, said those people were impostors as the new executive members of the ward had not been inaugurated, let alone of acting officially.
“It was a factional decision, so their actions is illegal.
“The executive Chairman of Ifedore had not in any way hobnobbed with any other opposition political party either in actions or deeds.
“No executive in the ward has been inaugurated, so they lack locus standard to suspend a member of the party at ward 1 in Ijare, Ifedore Local Government,” the leaders said.
