The management of the Benin Electricity Distribution Company, BEDC, has apologised to residents of parts of Ondo state over power out age since Saturday evening.
In a statement, the management said its technical team and that of TCN are working on the fault.
“OUTAGE ALERT ON ONDO IFE 132KV LINE:The Management of BEDC Electricity Plc hereby apologize to all its esteemed customers in Ondo town, lle-Oluji, Ore, lfetedo, Ode-Aye and Okelgbo in Ondo state over the power outage they are currently expenencmg which is due to a fault on the Ondo lfe 132KV transmission line.
“We regret the inconveniences thus outage could cause you and assure that our technical team as momtonng the Situation closely With their counterparts at the Transmassuon Company of Nigena (TCN) to ensure a speedy restoration of power
supply. Please bear with us.”
