Four days after the court of appeal sitting in Akure, the Ondo state capital nullified his life imprisonment, authorities of the Nigeria Correctional Service has released Prophet Alfa Babatunde of Sotitobire Chapel Akure where a boy was allegedly declared missing.
The court of appeal had on thursday last week discharged and acquitted prophet Alfa Babatunde, the Founder of Sotitobire Praising Chapel Akure.
Report reaching SUNSHINETRUTH indicates that he has been released to his lawyers and family members this afternoon by official at Olokuta Prisons in Akure.
