Akinyelure Congratulates NUJ New Executive

The Senator representing the good people of Ondo Central in the Red Chamber and also the Senate Committee Chairman on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions, Distinguished Senator (Dr) Ayo Akinyelure (Allover) has congratulated the newly sworn-in executive members of Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ondo State Council, on their recent victory.

In a message on his behalf by his SA (Media & Strategy), Charles Akinwon, the Senator said he believes in the ability of Leke Adegbite-led Executive to steer the ship of the union to a safer jetty.

“I want to use this medium to congratulate the new executive of this noble profession, Nigerian Union of Journalists, on your recent assumption of office, it is my prayers that you shall succeed in your new assignment,” the statement added.

Akinyelure however urged the new executive to remain unbiased as the fourth realm, most especially as we approach election period.

AAUA ALUMNI CONGRATULATES ONDO NUJ EXCO

The ADEKUNLE AJASIN University Alumni Association, Akure Chapter wishes to express our joy and to congratulate the entire members of the Nigeria Union of Journalist (NUJ), Ondo State Council on the success of its election that brings about the new leadership under the Chairmanship of Comrade Prince Leke Adegbite who is a bonafide Alumnus of our Alma mata

According to the Chairman, Comrade Alex
Fabiyi, “we, as a progressive body have no doubt in our mind that this is a well deserved honour as the leadership possessed the capacity to deliver on the promises to take the Ondo State Council to the next level”. The Chairman of the Council most especially have worked hard for this and he deserves this corporate responsibility and recognition.

Our wishes to him and his team is that, may this honour be the beginning of new adventures in his life as more accomplishments awaits the media profession in the state.

Mr Chairman and other Executives, congratulations ones again on this well-deserved victory, we are using this opportunity again to express our readiness to partner together in building a robust relationship and a virile society.

The Adekunle Ajasin University Alumni Association, Akure chapter have always held the Pen body in high esteem and with the election of one of its members as Chairman, we realy do appreciate the body as we believe Prince Leke Adegbite have paid his dues over the years and deserved to be so elected.
