It was a moment of joy and display of cultural richness as High Chief (Mrs) Mobolaji Adejuyigbe Famolagun, the Oba-Jere-Uwah of Owo Kingdom, yesterday Wednesday 20th April, 2022 celebrated her 55th birthday at Bliss Word Hotel, IJA po, Akure, Ondo State capital.
Chief Tayo Aisida, the chairman of the event in his opening remarks thanked God on behalf of the celebrant for witnessing another beautiful year in her life. While congratulating the celebrant, he noted that she deserves to be celebrated and prayed that she witness more years in good health, wealth and peace of mind.
An Ace Journalist, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan in his goodwill message described her as a beauty with brain, hardworking and always putting smile on people’s faces, a virtuous woman whose impact can be felt wherever she steps. “She is dedicated, intelligent, generous, discipline, she has a sense of human that distinguishes her from other Nigeria women”.
Dr yemi Mahmud who expressed her happiness celebrating the special day with the celebrant also thanked God for the strength she is built with. While describing her as a rare gem, very energetic, strong, full of ideas that will better one’s life, worthy of emulation, she advised the celebrant to continue with the good life she has been living.
Chief Banji Okunomo said Mobolaji had served the people with sense of productivity, diligence and patriotism. “You are an intellectual per excellence and I pray to God to put you in a better position in life in order to impact more lives”.
The celebrant in her response thanked God for his grace and mercy over her life and her family, she appreciated the presence of her guests, adding that it was indeed an honour to have them around. “I thank you all for your support and for finding time to celebrate this day with me, I am glad to say that I am a testimony that God liveth”.
