The Senator representing Ondo North Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Prof Ajayi Boroffice has condemned attack by suspected bandits on a Catholic church in Owo on Sunday, resulting in the death of some worshippers and many injured.
In a condolence message posted on his verified twitter handle, the Senator urged security operatives to arrest perpetrators.
Boroffice said, “I condemn the dastardly attack on worshippers at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Owo.
“Security agencies are urged to arrest and prosecute the attackers. Heartfelt condolences to the people of Owo and victims’ families,” he said.
