…..Akin Olotu commiserates with Akeredolu
The Senior Special Assistant to Ondo State Governor on Agric. and Agricbusiness, Pastor Akin Olotu, has joined millions of Nigerians to condole Governor Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, SAN over the demise of his mother, Lady Evangelist Grace Bosede Akeredolu.
Olotu said that the Governor’s mother lived a fulfilled, good and wonderful life during which she made recognizable contributions to the State and the body of Christ as an Evangelist. “One of her biological seeds (Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, SAN) has come to be known as one of the custodians of the virtues of uprightness and the defender of the defenceless.”
He described mama as a devouted christian with a caring heart and loved by her children and family members.
Olotu said her death was a great loss, not only to the Governor’s family but to the entire Ondo State, and prayed God to grant Akeredolu’s fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
“Our prayers and thoughts are with the Akeredolu’s family during this trying period. What she stood for, is reflecting in the uprightness of her children, who are excelling in their chosen areas of life,” he said.

Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu,SAN, has continued to receive dignitaries and sympathisers from far and near over the death of his mother, Lady Evangelist Grace Akeredolu (JP).
The Governor’s mother died yesterday at her Kopindogba residence in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.
Receiving the delegation of Olowo-in-Council in Ibadan on Friday, Governor Akeredolu appreciated the Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye for sending his chiefs to pay condolence visit to him.
The Governor disclosed that his mother will be buried in Owo.
He noted that the late Lady Evangelist Akeredolu was more of Owo despite hailing from Igbotu in Ese-Odo local government area of Ondo State.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Chief Amos Aladesawe extended the condolences of the Olowo of Owo to the Governor.
“We bring greetings from the Olowo of Owo. He said we should extend his heartfelt condolences. And also congratulate you for surviving your mother. He said he’s with you in the spirit”, Aladesawe said.
