A political group loyal to a member representing Akoko North East and North West Federal Constituency, Hon. Bunmi-Tunji-Ojo, has overtly thrown its huge weight behind the re-election bid of the Lawmaker.

The densely populated group —One Million Man March For BTO, converged alongside all Ward Cordinators and Unit Mobilizers on Wednesday in Ikare-Akoko, the headquarters of Akoko North East Local Government Area of Ondo State.

The Convener of the group and a close associate of Bunmi-Tunji-Ojo, Pastor Olumide Obadele, who addressed the large crowd, said the rationale behind the convergence was to mobilize and strategize for the victory of Candidates of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the area.

Olumide noted that the inimitable performances of BTO would go a long way to mitigate stress during campaign, maintaining that the Lawmaker’s assiduous efforts which had already brought dividends of democracy down to the grassroot will earn him outright victory in 2023.

He urged members of the group to rally unfeigned support for Bunmi-Tunji-Ojo and all other APC candidates in the Federal Constituency, stressing that ‘One Million Man March For BTO’ has begun door-to-door mobilisation, which he said, would further enhance victory for APC.

Corroborating his words, a Chieftain of the party, Mrs. Atinuke Akadri, who described Bunmi-Tunji-Ojo as a man loaded with the milk of human kindness, noted that feats of the Lawmaker remained unsurpassable.

Akadri said he (Tunji-Ojo) had judiciously made use of his office to facilitate life-changing projects in the Constituency, while she urged the electorates to rightly ink their thumbs so as to avoid a halt in the good works executed by BTO.

Astounded by the mammoth crowd, the Secretary, APC Campaign Committee in Akoko North West, Hon. Bolaji Tanimola, expressed euphoria, saying it is evident that BTO will emerge considering the large out. Tanimola, however, advised members of the group to shun lure of lucre during election.
