RE: PURPORTED DEFENCE OF APC IDANRE LG ON ARREST OF NOTORIOUS CRIMINAL, AKINMOLAYAN SUNDAY (WULO-WUBO) IS MISCHIEVOUS AND BEDEVILED…..PDP!
In barely two days after the destructive and ill-famed hoodlum, Mr. Akinmolayan Sunday (Wulo-Wubo) had been arrested by the the combined team of Olofin Divisional Police Station and the Amotekun Corps of Idanre at his usual point of operation, Basic junction area of Olofin, about 60mtrs to Idanre Police Divisional Head.
It should be recalled that, the thugs did carried out an attack with matcheted on one Mr. Israel (A.k.a Easy), PDP member who on 14th January, 2023 at Basic Health Centre’s junction area of Odode-Idanre, Ondo-State while he bled in the head and faces profusely.
The notorious thug and his cohorts, who is acting on the capacity of his party leaders and candidates, the All Progressive Congress (APC) attacked Mr. Israel and wife for refusing to be card carrying member of APC after several attempts to lure him was in jeopardy.
PDP observed that, this henious incident reoccurred after the Owa of Idanre, HRM, Oba Frederick Aroloye had summoned a peaceful meeting with the embattled political parties and representative with that of security operatives, and make a pronouncement on oath that peace and normalcy must return to Idanre land immediately.
PDP maintained with evidence that, the notorious APC thug Sunday (Wulo-Wubo) and his strike team members that are terrorising Idanre band environs includes, Mr. Dele Oni (A.k.a Oteba), Mr. Adelanke Adegunsoye (A.k.a Kobu), Mr. Akinsoyinu, Mr. Iba Agba, Mr Monday, Mr. Germany and host of others some years back, unleashed different forms of destructive attacks both on the opposition party of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) members and innocent indigines of Idanre Local Government area of Ondo-State.
It will also be recalled that, in front of C.A.C grammar school’s junction, Isalu Quarters Jigbokin, this same group led by Sunday (Wulo-Wubo) attacked a PDP member and former Executive Vice- Chairman, Idanre LG Alhaji Awujola Sheriff and inflicted on him deadly life injuries which led the Honourable man to the journey of about 11 months on non activeness being on medication after being discharged from Hospital bed.
Furthermore, sometimes in 2021, it was also on note that this same Akinmolayan Sunday (Wulo-Wubo) and his colleague in crime Dele Oni (Oteba) and others were the gang leaders that masterminded the “stoning attacks” on the convoy of Mr Arakunrin Rotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, the Executive Governor of Ondo-State when he visited the community of Idanre to commissioned a road project of the Technical led Idanre/Ijoka road, Akure.
In continuation of their onslaughts, it is also on record that, sometimes in the month of August, 2022 this notorious thugs carried out an attack on one house wife, named Mrs. Bunmi Imafidan (Nee Olowokande) while she was been beaten to point of coma, all because, she was making a round turn by Depot Round-About of Idanre and in the process harrased and beaten her up and in extention to her husband, Mr. Imafidan.
PDP hereby bring to the general public, international communities, Civil liberties, that the same person and group that has been conducting these same ugly attacks in Idanre LG, are the same that attack our MHA Candidate for Idanre State Constituency, Hon. Oyewole Aderemi Gulder, Mr. Fredrick Fadayomi, Mrs Terenren. They also shot Mr Akinyemi Akintoye, why Matcheted Mr Patrick Anthony and beaten bro point of death.
They proceeded the following morning by crushing Mr Ojo (Joker) and abducting Ola Olanrewaju and subsequently, forcefully broken to the apartment of Mr Parley Akindayomi, destroyed and carted away properties and cash.
PDP therefore alarmed that, the purported and mischievous defence of Mr. Akinmolayan Sunday (Wulo-Wubo) by the All Progressives Congress, Idanre Local Government claiming on the basis that, the notorious thug is a member of the “Hunters” Association of Nigeria” and that, he has the right to bear an unlawful riffle as seen on clips circulating around, on their arrival from the party’s Presidential Campaign rally.
However, with these latest development as it stands hitherto, it is mischievous, callous and ridiculous from APC and in particular the Leadership caucus to defend the most wanted criminal in Idanre kingdom. It truly demonstrated their emptiness in leadership and disobedience to Democratic norms and principles.
It is also unfortunate that, efforts are been on from the ruling party to use all available resources within his reach as a ruling party to get this criminal released from detention, despite the yearnings of the entirety of Idanre Kingdom the efforts of our King, HRM Oba Frederick Adegunle Aroloye in getting him and his gangs arrested and prosecuted.
PDP hereby resolved use the appropriate legal frame works to fight for our indigines and electorates till justice take it course and also appeal to the Security Personnel to please come to our aids and save our society from terrorism, maimings, gunshots, unlawful possession of fire arms and killing….. PDP warned.
