Gov. Abubakar Sani Bello received Engr. Ayotunde Bally at the Niger State Government House, Minna, where both had fruitful discussions on salient national issues, especially on the forthcoming Presidential election.
Engr. Ayotunde Bally extolled Gov. Sani Bello on his giant strides in the development of Niger State, particularly on how Gov. Bello has been shown unrelenting efforts in tackling the insecurity in the state through various security interventions both kinetics and non-kinetics approaches in securing the lives and property of his citizens.

In his words, “winning the war against insecurity in Nigeria is our collective responsibility, and we must ensure that we work in synergy with the security agencies to ensure that we surmount the daunting challenges of this menace. If Niger state is unsafe for habitation, the whole country is unsafe as well. We must see the fight against these unscrupulous elements of the State as a unified fight, without leaving the affected state or region in the heat alone – Engr. Bally stated
In his response, Gov. Abubakar Sani Bello thanked Engr. Ayotunde Bally for the visit, and commended him for taking time to identify with the state and the applause over the level of development so far in Niger state under his led administration since assumption into office in 2015.
“Many people have been talking about the unity of Nigeria as traversable, but I must say to you my brother that our unity is non-traversable because our multiplicity in culture, ethnic and religious is our great strength and we will never allow any form of political affiliations or cultural beliefs to break our unity “
“I can say it authoritatively that my administration since 2015 has worked tremendously in the areas of agriculture, infrastructural development, education, economy and security, in leaving the state better than I met it; and this I will continue to do till my very last day in office as Governor” – Gov. Sani Bello said
Gov. Bello later congratulated Engr. Ayotunde Bally, on his appointment as the Secretary of the APC PCC and urged him to deploy his political vigour in full support of Gov. Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, CON and the entire APC in Ondo state to ensure that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu recorded a landslide victory in the State.
