PORT ONDO: HON ADEWOLE ‘MAJOR DEE’ HAILS GOV. AKEREDOLU, HON ADEGOROYE FOR APPROVAL
The Chief Executive Officer of Major Dee Motors and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Akure South local government area of Ondo State, Hon Ayodeji Steve Adewole, has described the approval of Ondo Sea Port by the Federal Government.
Hon Adewole applauded huge contributions of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu to the achievement of the historic approval.
In a Press Statement made available to newsmen in Akure, Hon Adewole popularly known as “MAJOR DEE”, expressed optimism that the project if implemented timely, it will revolutionise the economic prosperity of Ondo State.
The CEO, Major Dee, also congratulated the Honourable Minister of State on Transportation, Prince Ademola Adegoroye for successfully pursuing the project to this level, noting that the struggle had resulted in a victory for all Ondo State people and future generations.
Hon Adewole Ayodeji who is also the Special Assistant on Empowerment and Community Relations to the Minister of State for Transportation, also expressed delight that his boss who is also an Akure Prince, has written his name in gold with this laudable achievement and history would never forget him.
Hon Adewole appeals to the in-coming administration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to ensure the Ondo Port takes off on time to boost the economy of the state and neighbouring states.
