NASRDA SPOKESMAN FELIX ALE CELEBRATES WIFE IN GRAND STYLE

A very distinguished Media Practitioner and spokesman of the Nigerian Space Agency, Dr Felix Babatunde Ale, brought together eminent Nigerians to celebrate the 50th birthday of his wife Mrs Oluwayomi Lucia Ale at the Nigerian Police Officers Mess and Suites in Abuja.

It was showers of encomiums, prayers and celebration galore at the venue of the historic event which was attended by dignitaries from far and near.

The event which was attended by family members, friends, colleagues and associates of the Ales was an opportunity for the family of the distinguished Media Scholar to appreciate the Almighty God for the gift of life and the remarkable successes and milestones attained over the years.

While extolling the virtues of the celebrant, the Deputy leader of the Senate at the 9th assembly, Senator (Professor) Robert Ajayi Boroffice described the celebrant as a virtuous woman who has been firm in her belief in God, and has ensured that the entire members of the family adhere strictly to Godly tenets.

According to him, the success or failure of every home is largely the responsibility of a woman because nature has designed them to be the home keepers and managers of its affairs.

Senator Boroffice who was the father of the day at the occasion went down memory lane on how he came in contact with the Ales and how the relationship has grown into making him play a fatherly role in the family which has not changed till date.

The Elder Statesman who further explained that the enviable track records of performance attained by husband of the celebrant, Dr Felix Ale was a reflection of the support he had always enjoyed from his wife and family members, hence, he called on the women folk to always ensure that they play significant roles in driving their husbands and family members towards attaining greatness in life.

In his welcome remarks, the Chairman of the occasion, and Executive Director of the Niger Delta Power Holding Company of Nigeria (NDPHC), Engineer Ifeoluwa Oyedele described Mrs Ale as a kind hearted woman with very high sense of responsibility.

Engineer Oyedele while appreciating the celebrants husband for celebrating his wife, recognized the contributions of Mrs Ale in holding the home front which according to him is evident in the positive disposition of her husband and the level which the children have attained in both knowledge and conduct.

He therefore encouraged the guests at the event on the need to pay adequate attention on family values which according to him, is the hallmark of every successful family that is poised towards impacting its generation positively.

In his goodwill message, the Chairman of Oka Leadership Association and Former Director of Central Bank of Nigeria, Elder Charles Olorunda Congratulated the celebrant whom he described as an epitome peace and a disciplinarian who has done her best towards proper upbringing of their children.

Elder Olorunda emphasized that he had always respected the celebrant’s husband for his enviable conduct and composure which according to him represent proper reflection of a very good wife and stable family system.

He therefore encouraged young men and women to emulate good principles of family values from couples who are successful like the Ales, so that they can leave behind legacies that will always serve as positive reference points in the society.

Also speaking,an eminent Guest at the occasion, Major General Mike Dare described Mrs Ale as the strong pillar of success of the family because of the role she had played over the years in ensuring that her husband and children were guided towards attaining success.

He advised the celebrant not to be complacent of her achievements so far, saying there is always room for improvement considering the fact that the family is still striving ahead steadily in attaining the highest possible point in life.


In his contribution, Navy Dele Orimolade of Defense Space Administration of Nigeria congratulated the celebrant, saying the inspiring conducts of her husband are source of pride to the Ales family.


Also, a very distinguished Professor of Remote Sensing in Africa, Professor Joseph Akinyede congratulated Mrs Oluwayomi Ale on her golden jubilee celebrations.


He told the celebrant that her husband has no doubt made tremendous impact and groundbreaking achievements in his chosen career, hence the age long expectations of people including himself to know the great woman behind the scene.


Professor Akinyede expressed delight for being part of the historic event and appealed to the celebrant not to relent in her supportive roles to her family.

In a special eulogy laced with encomiums in extolling the sterling qualities and virtues of his wife, Dr Felix Ale said his wife is the best thing that has ever happened to him in life.


According to him, the union is blessed with very successful children which he referred to as products of grace that were raised in the knowledge and fear of God with the support of his wife.

The highly elated Media Scholar and Communication Strategist used the opportunity to not only praise his wife, but to publicly display his heartfelt affirmation of his love for his darling wife from his romantic arsenal, encapsulated in the special piece which he presented to the admiration of various guests at the occasion.

The NASRDA Spokesman went down memory lane on how the union began, describing his wife as a woman whom he has carefully chosen because of her rare attributes as a lady of honour and integrity.

Dr Ale who paid tribute to the wonderful family of his in-laws in Ondo Kingdom of Ondo state, describing his experience with his in-laws as very wonderful, rewarding, and inspiring.

According to him, it is not only having a good wife, but also supportive in-laws that contribute to the success of a union.

Also in their goodwill messages, family members, friends and colleagues took their turns to pray and extol the virtues of the celebrant whom they described as a woman who fears God and a mother who is not just for her children alone but to all that are opportune to come her way.

Hajiya Talatu Bilkisu Ahmed, the Acting Director of Administration of the National Space Research and Development Agency in her goodwill message congratulated the celebrant and family, adding that she was delighted meeting the family and also seeing the support system behind Dr Felix Ale whom she described as a hardworking gentleman in the Nigeria Space Agency.

Hajiya Talatu who appreciated Dr Ale for organizing the celebration in honour of his wife, called on other men to emulate him as a successful home reflects in all aspects life.

Also speaking on behalf of the entire staff of the Media and Corporate Communications Department of the Space Agency where Dr Felix Ale holds sway as Director, Mrs Kaneng Dagyeng congratulated the celebrant, saying she is not surprised that such an event is organized in her honour as Dr Ale is only a great boss to his entire staff but hold women in high esteem and treats them with respect as he has displayed by organising such a befitting ceremony in honour and celebration of his wife.

She described Dr Felix Ale as very kind and humane, adding that it is a reflection of the support and love by his wonderful wife over the years.

In her response, the golden jubilee celebrant, Mrs Oluwayomi Lucia Ale appreciated God for sparing her life to attain the age of 50 despite the hurdles of life.

Mrs Ale also took time out to appreciate family members, colleagues, friends and associates for converging at the venue of the event to celebrate with her.

The celebrant who was highly elated described the attainment of age 50 as a milestone adding that her secrets were the fear of God and the grace to keep His commandments.

She said her 50th birthday is one of the happiest moment in her life and she will live to remember it for good.

Mrs Oluwayomi Lucia Ale is a devoted Christian who with her family members worship with the Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries (MFM), Abuja.

She is also a Deputy Director in the Nursing Division at the Federal Ministry of Health, Abuja.

Dr Felix Ale later presented his wife with special plaque of honour in commemoration of the unique occasion.
