A seasoned and well respected Medical Laboratory Scientist cum unionist in Ondo State, Comrade( Prince) Adedire Adeyinka Ademakinwa has affirmed a conviction that has strengthened his resolve to run for the office of National Publicity Secretary (NPS) of Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) in the November 2023 elections of the Association.
Adedire made this known to the public today, 13th of September, 2023 during a press conference at the Ondo Senior Staff Club, Alagbaka, in the Ondo State Capital to EXPRESS HIS INTEREST TO CONTEST FOR THE NPS OFFICE.
Prince, during the conference reiterated that he had acquired the needed competencies and accumulated leadership expertise over the years having served at the Chapter, Branch and National levels of the Association.
The state chairman of the Nigeria Union of Allied Health Professionals (NUAHP) in Ondo State also noted with strong assurance that his leadership of the union in the almost eight(8) years of his service has also exposed him to immense media activities that contributed to his huge capacities and capabilities, not forgetting the acumen gathered when he was Secretary, Vice Chairman and state chairman of Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria, Ondo State Chapter.
The Prince confirmed additionally that his involvement in humanitarian activities by being a member of Rotary and Lions club coupled with participations in extracurricular activities like playing of Golf, Table-tennis, Lawn tennis,etc, as a member of different social clubs have greatly broaden his horizon in the field of public relations and communication.
Prince holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science with specialty in Hematology and Blood Transfusion Sciences and Masters degree in the same field. He is a fellow of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) with specialty in Medical Parasitology.
He is a fellow of West African Postgraduate College of Medical Laboratory Sciences with Specialty in Blood Transfusion Sciences and he is currently pursuing his PhD in Hematology and Blood Transfusion Sciences.
He appreciated his teaming supporters for their overwhelming efforts in the past, particularly in 2017 and 2020 and solicited their unflinching assistances going forward.
