The Ondo State House of Assembly has written the state Chief Judge to disregard a court’s order concerning the impeachment process against the state Deputy Governor, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
The assembly in a letter to the CJ through its lawyer, Barr Femi Emodamori urged the Chief Judge to follow the Constitutional provisions in handling the issue.
