The Interview thus:

Who is Dr. Muyiwa Olusa?

Just as you rightly mentioned, i am Muyiwa Olusa, born into the royal Olusa lineage and dynasty.

As a true son of Akoko, my affiliations cuts across Ikaram, Ajowa, Akunnu and Ikare Akoko. It will amaze my Federal Constituency to know that my early life and teenage years were spent in ikare.

I was christened in Fati street, Ilepa quarters of Ikare Akoko, had my early education at LA primary school Ikaram and CAC modern school ikare Akoko before proceeding to attend St. Patrick College Oka Akoko, after which i had my first higher institution experience in The Polytechnic Owo now Rufus Giwa Polytechnic. This early higher education experience helped in shaping my subsequent studies that culminated in my present qualification of Doctor of Philosophy(PhD) in Legislative Drafting.

My parents traversed both career and life across Ikaram, Akunnu, Ajowa and Ikare which equally shaped me fully and nurtured my sense of belonging, norms, culture, value and attribute of a true indigene of Akoko knowing the length and breath that cuts across Ondo North federal Constituency and understanding the areas of government absence and communities that still require government intervention, growth and development.

My vision for the good people of Akoko North East/North West Federal Constituency of Ondo State, is to step into the leadership shoe, success stride, and accomplishments of the immediate past House of Representatives Member, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji Ojo and further profering more programmes in line with the Progressives blueprint of our great Party in areas of;

-Effective Legislation,
-Strong political leadership
-Accessible Constituency offices across both local governments
-Financial transperency in public funds
-Tech Innovation Hub
-Agricultural support grants
-Education enhancement
-Health care access
-Artisan funds
-Elderly social support services
-Cooperative empowerments
-Community engagements with both local governments.

With the support of the All Progressives Congress(APC) party at large, the Executive members of the party across Akoko North East/North West LGA’s, party delegates and party faithfuls, Leaders and Elders of the APC in the Federal Constituency and all eligible voters collectively, we can shape and remodel a new Akoko North for equitable progress and proper representation that we all envisage today and for the future of our children.

My vision is to bridge the gap between the two local government and facilitate more government intervention programmes and foster development especially with the newly created LCDA’s across all the constituencies which will inturn harness job creation and internally generated revenue for government leading to both human and capital development across both local governments.

Support and preach Dr. Muyiwa Olusa as the next House of Representatives member, Akoko North East/North West Federal Constituency, Ondo state.

Thank you.
