Burial: Akeredolu protected our interest till death —Ondo Pensioners pay tribute


It is with heavy hearts that we, the pensioners of Ondo State under the Nigeria Union of Pensioners (NUP), pay tribute to the late Governor, Arakunrin Odunayo Okuwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN. His passing has left a void in our hearts, and we are deeply saddened by this loss.

Governor Akeredolu was a leader who understood the plight of pensioners and worked tirelessly to improve our welfare during his tenure. He will be remembered for his dedication to serving the people of Ondo State and his commitment to ensuring that pensioners were taken care of.

During his time in office, Governor Akeredolu implemented various initiatives aimed at improving the lives of pensioners in the state. He prioritized the payment of pension arrears and ensured that pensioners received their entitlements timely.
