The Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organisation Foot Soldiers (LACOFS) has appointed a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo state, Hon. Adeyemi Olayemi, whose pseudonym is Koko, as the Director of Owo Local Government Area.
Adeyemi’s appointment was contained in a letter issued yesterday and signed by LACO’s Director General, Hon. Saka Yusuf Ogunleye and Secretary, Tolu Babaleye.
The letter reads, “In views of the forthcoming primary election of our great party and our resolve to work with the incumbent Governor, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, to return him as the Governor again in 2025 starting with APC primary election slated for sometime in April, 2024, you have been appointed as Director of Owo LG, in the Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organisation Foot Soldiers (LACOFS).
“The above appointment is made based on your antecedent in the party and your avowed commitment to ensuring the victory of our dear Governor who is seeking the mandate of our party at the primary election.”
“Your role shall be to liaise with others in the party to work assiduously and ensure the emergence of our candidate as the candidate of our great party in April 2024.”
