…… Says Ex commissioner for finance is the most experienced amoung contestants
Ex Akeredolu Aide, Prince Dapo Adepoju has been inaugurated to lead Akinterinwa campaign youth team.
The Ex-Aide Said Akinterinwa is the most experienced among the aspirants for Ondo State governorship election.
While Speaking after the inauguration, Prince Adepoju said Akinterinwa should be considered because he did well while he was the Commissioner for finance.
“Our principal Akinterinwa just inaugurated us, Being inaugurated as the president of the youth campaign team for Akinterinwa is the best thing I had wanted to do, looking at Akinterinwa background, he has been the longest serving commissioner for finance in Ondo State, he has done alot.
“When I served as the special assistant to Late Akeredolu on Youths, Akinterinwa do help us alot, his fatherly advise always go a long way”.
Adepoju continued that Akinterinwa brings more internal revenue to Ondo State.
“We are happy with the level we found ourselves in Ondo State, because Akinterinwa has championed the payment of backlogs of salary, there have been increment in the internal generated revenue, through him we are able to industrialize Ondo State, we need somebody like him to lead the governorship of Ondo State.
We the youths are saying his antecedents has spoken for him and he should be considered as the governor of Ondo State”. He said
The Youth campaign leader added that he is optimistic of Akinterinwa victory in the primary election
“I want to advise his Brother contestants to give him a chance if possibly step down for him, I am optimistic of his victory when the primary election comes in, we are going to engage lot of people especially the stakeholders to see and persuade them to adopt Akinterinwa as their governor”.
