Ondo: ICPC, NSCDC to share intelligence in fighting Corruption

ICPC & NSCDC to Partner in the Fight Against Corruption

The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Ondo State Command, Commandant Ibiloye Oluyemi and his counterpart in the Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), the Residents Anti-corruption Commissioner, Ondo State office, Kayode, O. Kupolati have pledged to work together to rid the state of corruption and other social vices.

This was made known when Commandant Ibiloye who was recently deployed to Ondo state paid a courtesy call to the ICPC Commissioner in his office at Akure, the state capital today 13th March, 2024.

Both helmsmen emphasized the need for both organizations to work together, especially in the areas of information gathering and intelligence sharing in the fight against corruption and all other forms of crime in the state.

Commandant Ibiloye also seek for collaboration in building capacity of personnel in Anti-fraud and Anti-corruption and transparent units of the command to enhance their operational capability.

‘We are poised to always provide security support and any other support needed in the fight against corruption’ Ibiloye said.
