Easter Celebration Adefisoye Urges Christians To Love, Pray For Nigeria
Hon Tajudeen Adefisoye rejoices with all Nigerian Christians on occasion of the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. He urges followers of Christ to intensify prayers for the peace and unity of Nigeria.
Small Alhaji, as the APC chieftain is popularly know, underscores the unmatched love and ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ, which He manifested by laying down His life for the remission of the sins of mankind.
He stressed that the season of Easter provides an opportunity for Christians to love one another, render service to humanity, encourage peaceful coexistence and make sacrifices as exemplified by Jesus Christ.
Adefisoye emphasizes the need for Christians to learn beneficial lessons from the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. He urges that the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ and His resurrection should serve as a lesson for public office holders in Nigeria to place public good above their individual comfort.
The former federal legislator however, urges the good people of Ondo State to unite and stay committed to a greater Ondo State. He charges Ondo State citizens to focus on what they can offer to bring development to the Sunshine State, rather than what they can get from the state.
He also urges Christians in Idanre, Ifedore and Ondo State at large to renew their commitment to unity, development and progress of the Sunshine State, in the spirit of Easter celebration. He believes that Ondo State can achieve more through unity as the strength of the state is in the unity of her people.
Hon. Adefisoye also urges Nigerians to persevere in the face of current economic and security challenges in the country. He however, assures that the economic policies of President Bola Tinubu are beginning to yield desired results.
Small Alhaji wishes Christians in Ondo State and Nigeria at large happy Easter celebration. He prays that God shall spare their lives to witness more Easter celebration and to also partake of the benefits of a renewed Nigeria.
