HON. KOLAWOLE BABATUNDE CELEBRATES EASTER WITH POLITICAL ASSOCIATES AND SUPPORTERS FROM AKOKO SOUTH EAST, DRUMS SUPPORT FOR GOVERNOR AIYEDATIWA
The former Federal Lawmaker and the immediate past Special Adviser to the Ondo State Governor on Rural and Community Development, Hon.
Kolawole Babatunde in his usual characteristic manner played host to scores of political associates and staunch loyalists from across the eleven wards in Akoko South East in celebrating Easter.
Hon. Kolawole Babatunde also received a group of party leaders from his Ifira-Akoko country home who have come to join his political structure, the Kola Grassroots Network (KGN) in recognition of his contribution to the development of the town and Akoko South East in general.
Those who spoke on behalf of the group said they were tired of the Akure-based politicians whose stock-in-trade is falsehood.
Those in attendance include Elder Olofin Ahmed (Amen); Hon. Adesina Adeola (Easy Way), the Coordinator of Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organization Foot Soldiers (LACO-FS) in Akoko South East; Hon. Kola Ajisafe; Dr. Agesin Kole; Mr. Adeyemi John, Chairman of the Forum of APC Ward Chairmen in the Local Government; Mr. Ojumu Benjamin; Mr. Katola Kayode and a host of others.
Hon. Kolawole Babatunde while addressing the members of the KGN and his people from Ifira-Akoko expressed his profound gratitude for their continued support and belief in his leadership.
He said it was important to prepare adequately for the forthcoming governorship primary election and to give maximum support to the Governor to ensure his victory in the election.
Responding, those who spoke emphasized the need to double their efforts to ensure that Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa win a landslide victory in the scheduled party primaries.
