The house-to-house campaign organized by the LACO LG executives for Governor Aiyedatiwa commenced today under the leadership of HON AJOBIEWE DAVID, the LACO-FSIC LG director in Akoko Southwest.
The campaign involves LG executives from ward 1 to 5 in Akoko Southwest local government. House-to-house campaigning offers several advantages; like Personal Connection; It allows teams to connect with voters on a personal level, fostering trust and rapport.
By engaging voters at their doorsteps, campaigns can encourage voter participation and increase voter turnout on election day. It is a highly effective strategy for building relationships with voters, mobilizing support, and winning elections.
The itinerary of the campaign includes capturing all communities in Oke Oka, such as Uba, Semerin, Okia, Korowa, Ibaka, Ikanmu, Agba, Owase, Ikese, Iboje, Ebirin, Iwonrin, and Idofin.
Today on the first day, the team successfully covered ward 3, sensitizing residents from house to house and engaging with youths at a relaxation center. They emphasized the importance of voting and urged residents to cast their votes for Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.
The team highlighted the significant achievements of Governor Aiyedatiwa within a few months in office as the Executive Governor of Ondo State. They emphasized that given the opportunity to continue for the next four years, he would lead Ondo State to greater heights.
As a gesture of goodwill, the LACO-FSIC team shared some commodities with the residents as gifts. The residents expressed gratitude and pledged to give their votes to Governor Aiyedatiwa in the APC primary election on April 20, 2024.
The team is determined to proceed to another ward tomorrow and is working vigorously to complete the campaign in all five wards before April 19, 2024.
