Your recent implementation of the hazard allowance for health workers as well as the domestication of the entry point for Medical Doctors to Grade Level 13 Step 2 and other salary enhancements especially the increment in allowances for NYSC Medical Doctors serving in Ondo State, have significantly addressed longstanding challenges that have deterred fresh doctors from taking up employment in Ondo state.
Since you assumed office on December 27, 2023, your administration has demonstrated unwavering commitment and taken decisive actions in ensuring that the residents of Ondo State have access to quality and effective healthcare services.
These bold and positive steps speak volumes of your determination to turn around the healthcare system of our dear state for the better.
