Fasua satisfies as local Govt organizes Free medical outreach for Akure residents in 6 centres

Free Medical Outreach organised by Akure South local Government for residents of the Ondo State Capital commenced on Monday August 5, 2024 at six designated centres.

The exercise took place at Democracy Park, NEPA Car Park, Arakale Health Center, Oloko junction, Custom junction, Ondo Road and First bank Alagbaka as part of efforts to provide basic health for the people.

Hon. Gbenga Fasua, the transition Chairman of Akure South Local Government, was joined by the other three LCDA Chairmen, Hon. Ifedayo Ologometa, Oyemekun LCDA, Hon Sunday Kekereowo, Akure-west, Hon. Bar Kayode Taiwo, Akure-East, were on ground to receive the people of the Local Government for the free medical outreach program.

The Chairmen visited the Six designated centres across the local government.

During the healthcare programme, Hon. Gbenga Fasua, the Transition Chairman of Akure South local government, expressed satisfaction with contributions of key stakeholders to the exercise.

Hon. Fasua who was also accompanied by his Vice-chairman, Hon Adeniyi Adebayo; said he was satisfied and happy with the level of the people’s turnout for the exercise and for placing priority on their health.

He commended medical personnel for their commitment to the exercise.

Furthermore, He noted that the exercise would be a monthly program for the benefit of the people while appreciating the Governor, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, for his support for the exercise.
