RE: OPTICS IN OUR FAVOUR TO WIN ONDO 2024 GUBER ELECTION- PDP
Dear Engr. Kamoru Ajisafe Esq and the PDP leadership,
I am utterly astonished and flabbergasted by your recent statement claiming that optics are in your favor to win the November 2024 Ondo gubernatorial election.
It’s absolutely bewildering that you can be so disconnected from reality. Your party is not just on the brink of collapse, but it’s already a sinking ship, and yet you believe you have an advantage?
Are you not aware that stalwarts and stakeholders are leaving in droves? The massive defection rocking your party is a clear indication that even your own members have lost faith in your leadership and chance of your candidate pulling any magic to save himself, talk more of the wrecking PDP ship.
It’s not just a trickle, but a flood of departures, and yet you claim to have the upper hand?
WAKE UP!!
It’s time to wake up from your slumber and face the harsh truth. The writing is on the wall – your party’s internal conflicts, lack of direction, and disconnection from the people have already cost you the election before it’s even contested. Your party’s reputation is in tatters, and your credibility is at an all-time low.
It’s either you’re not aware of the reality on the ground or you’re just playing to the gallery. Either way, it’s time to get real and face the music.
Rather than relying on misguided optimism, I suggest you surrender by raising the white flag.
Listen to the voices of your members, join the Progressives, and save yourself and your party from this imminent embarrassment that we can all see. Only then can you hope to regain the trust and support of the people.
Until then, your claims of victory will remain nothing more than a distant dream; a mirage.
