ONDO State LP Reject Sola Ebiseni
The leadership and members of the Labour Party in Ondo State vehemently reject and disown Chief Sola Ebiseni who claimed on Tuesday that he is the candidate of the party in the November 16 governorship election.
Ebiseni is not a member of our party. Dr Ayo Olorunfemi remain the candidate of Labour Party in the coming Ondo State election.
Chief Ebiseni only mischievously and recklessly announce himself as the candidate of the party without fulfilling the necessary requirements of renouncing his membership of PDP and going through the process of substitution with INEC as entrenched in the 2022 electoral act.
We encourage every member of the party to remain unperturbed and unshaking in the face of this decoy. It is only an attempt from the enemies of the party to disorganize the party but we remain stable and unmovabke.
It should be noted that the State Chairman of the party Hon Abiodun Agbaje and the entire state excos, local government chairmen and ward members, all avoided the sọ called unverling announced by Ebiseni.
As a peace loving and law abiding citizens of the country we have decided to follow the part of peace and we call on the Nigeria Police and the security outfits to take note of chief Ebiseni’s actions as they are capable of breaching the peace of the state.
