HMB: NANNM hails Aiyedatiwa for appointing professional Nurse, others

NANNM Eulogies Governor Aiyedatiwa for recognizing Professional Associations in Board composition and for Appointing Nurse Adamolekun Arinola as Full time member.

The National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives (NANNM), Ondo State Council under the leadership of Comrade Orobode Felix, expresses her profound appreciation to His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for his exemplary leadership and commitment to the advancement of healthcare in Ondo State.

The Council is particularly grateful for the Governor’s recognition of Professional Associations, including NANNM, as Ex-officio members of the Hospital Management Board.

This forward-thinking decision underscores the Governor’s dedication to fostering a collaborative approach to healthcare governance, where the expertise of healthcare professionals is duly acknowledged.

In addition to this significant inclusion, NANNM Ondo State Council is thrilled by the appointment of Nurse Adamolekun Arinola as a full-time member of the Hospital Management Board.

Nurse Arinola, a distinguished member of the nursing profession, brings with her a wealth of experience, dedication, and a strong commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery in the state. Her appointment is a clear reflection of the Governor’s recognition of the critical role that nurses play in the healthcare system.

As Oliver Twist, we hereby remind our amiable governor of more than enough Professional Nurses with extraordinary leadership skills who can still be appointed into the position of responsibilities (Permanent Secretaries, Primary Health Care Board, to mention but a few).

We commend His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for his unwavering support and recognition of the nursing profession.

The inclusion of NANNM as Ex-officio members of the Ondo State Hospital Management Board, is another significant step towards ensuring that healthcare policies and decisions are informed by those who are directly involved in patient care.

The Ondo State Council of NANNM believes that this strategic move will lead to more effective healthcare management and ultimately enhance the quality of care provided to the citizens of Ondo State.

The Council pledges its full support to the Governor’s initiatives aimed at strengthening the healthcare system and looks forward to continued collaboration in promoting the health and well-being of the state’s residents.
