Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire SAN representing Ondo Central Senatorial District on Wednesday flagged-off the distribution of the second batch of fertilizers to farmers in the Senatorial District.
Speaking at the Flag-Off, Senator Adegbonmire who was represented by his Senior Legislative Aide, Hon Bolarinde Akinloye described the initiative as a “Tip of the iceberg” in the Senator’s efforts to support and empower the farming community in Ondo Central.
He emphasized that the Senator is also committed to ensuring that farmers in the district have access to a wide range of support beyond just fertilizers.
Hon Akinloye further stated that this fertilizer distribution is part of a broader strategy to make Ondo Central a leading agricultural hub in the region
Farmers present at the event expressed their gratitude for the Senator’s continued support, with many noting the positive impact the first batch of fertilizers had on their farming activities.
