The senator representing Ondo South Senatorial District, Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim has announced the appointment of Hon. Sikemi Atibere as Senior Legislative Aide on Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) through his Chief of Staff, Hon. Bola Olagbegi.
Hon. Sikemi Atibere is expected to proceed to Togo immediately for parliamentary engagement. Prior to this appointment, Hon. Atibere Sikemi is a former councillor representing Ugbo Ward one(1) and Chairman, Ilaje Central LCDA, Ode-Ugbo.
This appointment as Senior Legislative Aide(SLA) on ECOWAS is believed to be well-deserved as Hon. Sikemi Atibere has displayed capacity in leadership delivery and economic growth of Ilaje as Chairman House Committee on Finance /Appropriation.
The appointment takes immediate effect.
