..…Mobilizes Grassroots Support For Governor Aiyedatiwa
One of the newly appointed Special Assistant to Mr. Governor on Mobilization, Hon. Mrs. Biola Ijimakinwa today donated bags of rice to members of her constituency in Ifedore Local Government area of Ondo State to commemorate Nigeria’s 64th Independence celebration.
The gesture according to her is to help bring succour to many vulnerables even to Local Government Party executives bearing the harsh economic realities of the time.
Received by Hon. Fawoyi Tunde, the LG party Chairman, Hon Ijimakinwa promised more dividends of democracy from the people’s Governor, His Excellency Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa just as she urged them to work for the emergence of Mr. Governor during the November 16th Gubernatorial elections.
While also using the opportunity to reel out some of the plans of the Governor for the people of the constituency, she further assured that their interest will be prioritized.
Responding on behalf of the Excos, the Party LG chairman, Hon. Fawoyi thanked Governor Aiyedatiwa for appointing one of their own as a SA stressing that it is well deserved.
He particularly thanked Hon. Ijimakinwa for paying up backlog of salaries owed by the party secretariat for maintaining the LG secretariat.
In separate remarks, the Secretary and Youth Leader, Hon. Bolarinde Akinloye and Hon. Arowomuti Tokunbo respectively also applauded Hon. Ijimakinwa for deeming it fit to bring smiles to the faces of members of her constituency.
