Hon. Gbenga Akinyemi Ajisafe who is the Chairman of the New Nigeria People’s Party, (NNPP), Ondo East local government Chapter, has resigned his membership of the party.
In a letter dated 10-10-2024, and addressed to the Ondo State Chairman of the party, Ajisafe said
“LETTER OF RESIGNATION: After all consideration, today I convey my withdrawal of membership from New Nigeria People’s Party, (NNPP) with effect from the Date of Notice.
“I seized this opportunity to express my appreciation to the Executives, Stakeholders and members of the NNPP for their moral support during my stay with the party,” he said.
Ajisafe’s next political decision is yet to be known as at the time of filing in this report.
