APC Chairman’s rumoured suspension: Idanre lawmaker, Hon Ajirotutu calls for calm, unity

BE UNITED, REMAIN CALM AMIDST SUSPENSION RUMOUR OF APC PARTY CHAIR, ADETIMEHIN

Following the suspension rumour of the State party Chairman, Engr. Ade Adetimehin which has permeated the media space and caused controversy particularly in Ofosu Ward, Idanre Local Government,the Honourable member representing the people of Idanre Constituency, Honourable (Princess) Oluwatosin Ogunlowo Ajirotuu has urged party faithfuls to remain calm and united.

While describing the news of Adetimehin’s suspension as mischievous and the handwork of rumour peddlers who are determined to cause disunity within the All progressive Congress (APC) in Idanre, Ajirotutu assured that the people in the area would remain committed to the principles of democracy and the rule of law at all times.

“From a veritable source, the suspension letter circulating in the media space is doctored and signed by mischief makers who are not executive members of Ofosu Ward with the intention of misleading unsuspecting party members in Idanre Local Government and Ondo State.”she said

The lawmaker,later called on the people of the State to disregard the the purported suspension letter, saying they would continue to work together as a formidable party for the growth and well-being of people in the area

“The just concluded election is a unifying force which was evident in APC victory in all Local Governments in Ondo State. Let’s collectively promote the interests of our party and the people under the leadership of Gov. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa rather than being caught up in partisan politics”She explained
