ONDO SPEAKER,OLADIJI CHARGES CHRISTIANS TO BE TOLERANT AS THEY CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR.
As the world celebrates Christmas and New year,a call has gone to the Christians to imbibe the spirit of love and peace as exemplified in the life of Jesus Christ.
The Speaker of Ondo State House of Assembly,Rt.Honourable(Chief) Olamide Oladiji made the call in an official statement made available to journalists in Akure today.
While enjoining christian faithful to emulate the doctrine of Christ in faith,hope and love,the Speaker urged them to embrace the season's values of peace and tolerance.
Oladiji who called on them to pray for the continued unity,peace and progress of Nigeria, expressed Optimism that the country would soon reclaim its lost glory among comity of nations.
The Speaker, however used the medium to appreciate the Governor of Ondo State, Hon.Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on the various landmark achievements recorded by his administration since he became Governor.
He later,wished all the people of Ondo State a peaceful and prosperous Christmas and new year celebration.E-Signed:
