HON. OMOWUNMI MOURNS THE PASSING OF HON. OLUWATUYI, SECRETARY TO THE ONDO STATE GOVERNMENT
Hon. (Princess) Omowunmi Olatunji-Ohwovoriole, former Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development in Ondo State, is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Hon. Oluwatuyi, the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), who passed away today after a ghastly accident.
“I am utterly devastated by the sudden demise of Hon. Oluwatuyi, a dedicated politician who tirelessly worked for the development of Ondo State and Nigeria,” Hon. Omowunmi said. “My heartfelt condolences go out to his family, particularly his wife, children, and loved ones, who have lost a dear husband, father, and friend.”
The Akure Princess commended Hon. Oluwatuyi’s commitment to the state’s progress, saying, “His contributions to the growth and development of Ondo State will never be forgotten. He was a true patriot and a loyal servant of the state, who dedicated his life to serving the people of Ondo State.”
She also extended her condolences to the Governor of Ondo State, the people of Akure, and the entire Ondo State government, saying, “This is a great loss to our state, and I pray that God will grant us the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
Hon. Omowunmi prayed for the repose of Hon. Oluwatuyi’s soul and asked God to grant his family the strength and courage to navigate this difficult time.
“May his soul rest in peace, and may his legacy continue to inspire and motivate us to serve our state with dedication and commitment,” Hon. Omowunmi said.
