Reps member, Adelegbe under fire from Owo/Ose Constituents

……He has not been accessible by people.”

The member representing Owo/ Ose Federal Constituency in Ondo State, Timehin Adelegbe, is now under fire from his constituents, as the Diocesan Bishop of the Cathedral Church of Saint Andrew, Imola Owo, Revd. Stephen Fagbemi, has lamented that the two term federal lawmaker is not accessible to his people.

The clergyman described as disappointing the attitude of Adelegbe to most of his constituents.

The cleric stated this at the St Andrews Imola Owo, in Owo local government Area of ondo state during the memorial service held recently in Owo in honour of former governor Rotimi Akeredolu.

The memorial service was also attended by Adelegbe himself.

The Bishop alleged that the Adelegbe has become inaccessible to the constituents since becoming the lawmaker over 5years ago.

Recognising dignitaries at the event, Bishop Fagbemi told Adelegbe that, “You have not been accessible to those that vote for you since you went to Abuja.

“Your number is no longer available  again.

During the closing remarks, the Bishop also reminded the lawmaker saying,
“Please let your number be available whenever we call you.“

However, Bishop Fagbemi commended Adegboyega Adefarati, the lawmaker representing Akoko South East/Akoko South West Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, who was also at the event.

The cleric said, “I commend you Honourable Adefarati for All you have been doing for your people. They are proud of you.“

Speaking at the event, Bishop Fagbemi emphasized the importance of prioritizing agriculture and security to address the country’s pressing challenges.
