A prominent first class monarch has passed on in Ondo State.
The Alale of Akungba-Akoko in Akoko
South-West Local Government Area of Ondo State, Oba Sunday Ajimoh Adeyeye has joined his Ancestors.
It was gathered that the monarch died on Monday during a prolonged illness.
Oba Adeyeye was installed in 2015 by kingmakers in Akungba Akoko after the throne became vacant in 1995.
Akungba community plays host to the State owned University, Adekunle Ajasin University (AAUA).
