Otunba Ogunwumiju Commends Gov. Aiyedatiwa on Road Projects in Ondo West
The Parliamentary Secretary of the Ondo State House of Assembly and Member representing Ondo West Constituency 1, Otunba Moyinolorun Ogunwumiju(OMO), has commended the Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for the ongoing construction of inner roads in Ondo West Local Government, particularly the General Road. Ogunwumiju, who also serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Works.
The lawmaker described the project as a welcome development that will ease the stress of movement for residents and boost economic activities in Ondo Kingdom.
In his words, “I want to sincerely appreciate Governor Aiyedatiwa for his commitment to improving infrastructure across the state. The reconstruction of General Road is a clear demonstration of his determination to the welfare of our people. These are the kind of projects that bring real change to communities.” He noted that the General Hospital Road, which is among the roads currently being worked on, was one of the projects he facilitated, and expressed satisfaction that it is now being executed.
He reaffirmed his commitment to delivering on the mandate given to him by the people of Ondo West Constituency 1. He said the ongoing works are part of the broader vision to make life easier and more meaningful for the people. “This is the era of EASE,” he stated. “Ondo West is witnessing steady progress, and we are lucky to have a governor who understands the needs of the people and acts on them.”
