ONDO STATE ELECTION TRIBUNAL’S JUDGEMENT: AN AFFIRMATION OF POPULAR MANDATE OF OUR PEOPLE FOR GOV. LUCKY AIYEDATIWA, DEPUTY OLAYIDE ADELAMI —CHIEF ALEX AJIPE
A seasoned Indutrialist and Leading Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief (Dr.) Alex Oluremi Ajipe, has appluded the judgement of the Ondo State Election Petition Tribunal which re-affirmed the outcome of the 2024 governorship election that gave popular mandate to the party’s candidate, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and his running mate, Dr Olayide Adelami.
While Congratulating the Governor and his Deputy, Chief Ajipe said the verdict came at the right time that Dr Aiyedatiwa’s administration is delivering genuine good governance for the people of Ondo state amidst his 100 days in office.
The Tribunal had dismissed five petitions including that of the PDP Candidate, Agboola Ajayi for lacking in merit and upheld the election of Governor Aiyedatiwa.
Chief Ajipe expressed optimism that the victory at the Tribunal will enable the Governor to full concentrate in delivering more milestone projects and more dividend of democracy for the people of the state.
While assuring Governor Aiyedatiwa of unwavering support of all the key stakeholders for his administration, Chief Ajipe expressed confidence that the government of OUR EASE being led by him will build stronger Ondo state and take the state to new heights.
