A strong Chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and renowned industrialist, Chief (Dr) Alex Oluremi Ajipe has extended heartfelt Congratulatory message to the Ondo state Governor, Hon (Dr) Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on the re-confirmation of his popular mandate by the Appeal Court in which his victory at the November 16, 2024 governorship election was upheld.
In a Press Statement, Chief Ajipe notes with delight that the judgment of the appallate court actually affirmed a significant milestone in the history of Ondo State where Hon. (Dr.) Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa, and his deputy, Dr. Olayide Adelami, recorded massive victory in all the 18 local government areas of the state.
The APC Chieftain pointed out that the verdict by the Appeal Court is another pointer that the outcome of the November 16 governorship election, represented the wishes of the majority of voters in Ondo state.
He cautioned the litigants, opposition parties to desist from further legal actions, saying “the opposition to stop pursuing what is not, they should not be a total loser.”
Chief Ajipe expressed confidence in the ability and capacity of Governor Aiyedatiwa to drive rapid process and development of the state, noting that the opposition should stop further distract of the present administration and allow it to concentrate on bringing real dividend of democracy to the people.
