Hon. Adebusuyi Idowu Pius who is the current Commissioner 1 in the Ondo State House of Assembly Service Commission and Ondo State 2024 Governorship Campaign Director General for Idanre/Ifedore federal constituency, has congratulated the state Governor, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and his Deputy, Dr Olayide Adelami on their victory at the Appeal Court which affirmed his landslide mandate at the November 16, 2024 governorship poll.
In a Press Statement, Hon Adebusuyi said the judgment of the Appellate Court only reaffirmed the popularity of Governor Aiyedatiwa and the APC in the state, hence the joy to celebrate the verdict.
Hon. Adebusuyi, a former Ondo state lawmaker and former Ifedore local government Chairman, said the judgement is also another testament that the last governorship election in Ondo state which Governor Aiyedatiwa won in the entire 18 local government areas as a true reflection of the wishes of the largest majority of residents.
Hon. Adebusuyi notes that “this resounding and historic victory at the appeal court stands as a testament to your exemplary leadership, unwavering dedication, and the collective trust reposed in you by the good people of our dear state.”
“I urge the opposition parties and their candidates to stop further litigation against the popular decision of our people and join hands with Mr Governor to move our state forward,” Hon. Adebusuyi advised.
