….Ifedore Obas-In-Council Declares Support for His Future Ambition.
The member representing Ifedore Constituency in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Tope Komolafe, has expressed deep gratitude to the people of his constituency for their unwavering support, saying their encouragement has made his stay in the Assembly both memorable and impactful.
Komolafe made this known during a courtesy visit to the Ifedore Council Of Obas, led by Oba Adefarakanmi Agbede.
“I sincerely appreciate the people of Ifedore for standing by me since I assumed office. Your support has been my driving force and has made my time in the House of Assembly worthwhile,” he said.
While commending the monarchs, Komolafe lauded the peace and development witnessed in Ifedore under Oba’s reign. “Your Majesties, I appreciate your leadership and the peaceful environment you have sustained in our kingdoms. It has greatly aided the progress of our people,” he noted.
The lawmaker reiterated that he has delivered on his electoral promises, listing his achievements to include the donation of 20 industrial sewing machines worth over one million naira each, the purchase and donation of laptops to constituents, provision of full-time scholarships and upkeep allowances for university students, facilitation of federal and state employments for indigenes, and the distribution of his legislative salaries and allowances among the people without taking any personal share.
He also highlighted the facilitation of solar-powered lights to over 19 communities in Ifedore, as well as the repair of all abandoned boreholes across the constituency.
“My promise from day one was to serve selflessly, and I am glad to say that I have kept faith with that commitment,” Komolafe affirmed.
Komolafe further assured them of Gov Ayedatiwa’s determination to repair the roads in Ifedore local government.
In his remarks, Oba Agbede, speaking on behalf of the Ifedore Council Of Obas, commended Komolafe for his outstanding representation.
“You have made us proud with your dedication and visible achievements. The people of Ifedore at large are behind you,” the monarch said, assuring the lawmaker of the kingdom’s full support for his future political ambition.
