Joe Ola has expressed deep shock and sadness over the passing of the former Head of Service, Barr. Toyin Akinkuotu, describing him as a man of vision, integrity, and exemplary dedication who gave his best to the growth of the state and the public service.
He noted that on a personal level, he would remain forever grateful to Barr. Akinkuotu for making ways for him in the public service, stressing that his kindness, humility, and mentorship will remain evergreen in his heart.
While commiserating with the wife, children, and the entire Akinkuotu family, Joe Ola prayed that the Almighty God would comfort them, strengthen them, and grant the soul of the departed eternal rest.
He added that the late former Head of Service’s legacy of excellence, selflessness, and service to humanity will continue to inspire generations to come.
