SUPREME COURT’S JUDGEMENT ENDS UNNECESSARY LEGAL DISTRACTION —CHIEF ALEX AJIPE Congratulates Gov. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa
A seasoned Indutrialist and Leading Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief (Dr.) Alex Oluremi Ajipe, has congratulated the party’s candidate, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and his running mate, Dr Olayide Adelami, on their victory at the Supreme Court.
Dr Ajipe said the Apex Court’s judgement re-affirmed the outcome of the 2024 governorship election that gave popular mandate to Governor Aiyedatiwa.
The Supreme Court had today September 17, 2025 affirmed Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa of the All Progressives Congress as the governor of Ondo State, after Hon. Agboola Ajayi, the state PDP candidate, withdrew his Supreme Court appeal challenging the Governor’s emergence.
While celebrating the final legal battle against Governor Aiyedatiwa, the APC Chieftain insisted that the judgement will allow the Aiyedatiwa’s administration to settle down to continue to deliver genuine good governance for the people of Ondo state without unnecessary legal distraction.
Chief Ajipe expressed optimism that the victory at the Apex Court will enable the Governor to fully concentrate in delivering more giant strides for the people of the state.
While assuring Governor Aiyedatiwa of unwavering support of all the key stakeholders for his administration, Chief Ajipe expressed confidence that the government of OUR EASE being led by him will build stronger Ondo state and take the state to new heights.
