The Lisa of Osooro Kingdom and Convener of the Asejere Progressive Movement, Dele Omosehin (DO), has congratulated the Executive Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on his resounding victory at the Supreme Court, Abuja, which affirmed his mandate in the November 16, 2024 governorship election.
In his message, Omosehin described the verdict as a landmark ruling that not only reflects the triumph of truth but also reinforces the confidence of the people in the judiciary as the last hope of the common man.
He further commended the Governor for his steadfastness and courage throughout the legal process, noting that his victory is a victory for all Ondo people, particularly for the progressive family under the All Progressives Congress (APC).
“Your Excellency, this Supreme Court ruling is unprecedented and a true testament to the divine will of God and the collective trust reposed in you by the good people of Ondo State. It is my prayer that this resounding victory will usher in a new era of peace, unity, and prosperity for our state,” Omosehin said.
He also pledged the continuous support of the Asejere Progressive Movement to the growth and development of Ondo State under the leadership of Governor Aiyedatiwa, stressing that with stability now restored, the time has come to consolidate the gains of democracy and deliver more dividends to the people.
