A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Chief Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare, has congratulated the Governor and his Deputy on the Supreme Court ruling which finally affirmed their mandate.

Hon. OGO described the judgement as not only a personal victory for Governor Aiyedatiwa and his Deputy but also a triumph for democracy and for every member of the APC family across Ondo State and Nigeria at large.

He emphasized that the verdict has brought closure to all disputes surrounding the governorship election and paved the way for the Governor to focus more on delivering good governance.

According to him, “This verdict is a victory for democracy, for our great party, and for the resilient people of Ondo State who stood firm for truth and justice. Governor Aiyedatiwa has, in less than a year, shown uncommon dedication to the development of our dear state. From road infrastructure to housing, from education to social welfare, his achievements speak volumes. With this legal battle behind us, we must all unite to give him the support he needs to take Ondo State to greater heights.”

Hon. OGO further lauded Governor Aiyedatiwa’s leadership style, which he described as inclusive, people-oriented, and progressive. He noted that the Governor has prioritized infrastructural renewal, youth empowerment, and programs that directly impact the welfare of ordinary citizens.

He also urged all party members to remain steadfast and united, stressing that collective support for the Governor and his administration would ensure more dividends of democracy for the people of the state.

“The task ahead requires unity and cooperation. I call on all APC members and indeed every indigene of Ondo State, regardless of political affiliation, to rally behind the Governor and his team. This is the time to consolidate our gains and build a more prosperous future for our people,” he added.
