The Quarry site of Woda Mountains Investment Limited located at Alagbado Via Ore in Odigbo local government area of Ondo State has today been sealed off, in line with the enforcement of the Judgment of the State High Court and the Court of Appeal.
The owners of the property where the quarry was forcefully located had instituted a suit against Woda Mountains in 2015 in Suit No: HOR: 05/2015 for declaration of title, trespass and injunction.
The Judgment was entered by the Honourable Justice A. O. Adebusoye on 4th February, 2019 but WODA MOUNTAINS INVESTMENT LIMITED appealed the verdict at the Court of Appeal, Akure Division, the case which the firm has been lost.
The Court of Appeal in a unanimous decision, on Monday 1st September, 2025 affirmed the judgment of the lower court and awarded cost of #500,000 against the company in favour of the property owners.
