
Hon. Obayan Commends Cultural Display, Advocates Collaboration at 20th AITF CBN and Plateau Day Events

The Chairman of the Entertainment Trade Group of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), Hon. Olakusibe Obayan, joined other members of the Executive Committee and Council to support the ongoing 20th Abuja International Trade Fair (AITF).
The CBN and Plateau Day celebration at the Fair provided a platform to highlight the opportunities available within the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for the business community, while also showcasing the vast investment potentials of Plateau State. The event featured cultural displays, products, and business opportunities that investors can leverage to foster economic growth.
Speaking during the event, Hon. Obayan expressed delight at the colourful cultural troupe performance from Plateau State, describing Nigeria as a nation richly blessed not only with abundant mineral resources but also with unique cultural heritage.
He noted that as a seasoned investment strategist and a Bank of Industry-approved Business Development Service Provider (BDSP), he is particularly interested in fostering collaborations that can provide funding and training for business development in Plateau State. He also emphasised the importance of continuous engagement with the CBN on policies that support businesses and create a more enabling environment for investors.
Hon. Obayan reaffirmed ACCI’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote trade, investment, and cultural exchange, stressing that platforms like the Abuja International Trade Fair remain vital in driving Nigeria’s economic diversification agenda.
