Tinubu’s group stops fresh plot to create disunity btw Aiyedatiwa & BTO —PNT boss

PRESS RELEASE

POLITICAL MISCHIEF AT WORK: PASTOR OLUMIDE OBADELE (DG, PNT) REFUTES FALSE PUBLICATION

The attention of the Progressives Network for Tinubu (PNT) has been drawn to a mischievous and grossly misleading publication by one Kehinde Ogunleye circulating across some social media platforms, alleging that Pastor Olumide Obadele, Director-General of PNT, stated during a live program on Crest 106.1 FM, Akure (between 12:45pm and 1:30pm) on Monday 13th October 2023 that:

“Aiyedatiwa is the Governor, but Olubunmi Tunji Ojo remains the first leader of Ondo APC.”

This publication is not only false but also a deliberate attempt by political jobbers to misrepresent PNT DG.

For the avoidance of doubt, Pastor Olumide Obadele never made such a reckless statement. What he clearly and responsibly said was that His Excellency, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, remains the undisputed party leader in the state, while Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo is a loyal and dedicated party man rendering supportive hands to the development of the APC and Ondo State at large.

It is, therefore, appalling that certain unscrupulous individuals would twist his words to fabricate a divisive narrative aimed at destabilizing the peace and mutual respect that currently exist among the progressive family in Ondo State.

In view of this, Pastor Olumide Obadele (DG, PNT) is demanding an immediate retraction of the false publication and a public apology from the author within 24 hours, failing which appropriate legal action shall be instituted without further notice.

The public is hereby advised to disregard the said publication in its entirety as the handiwork of desperate political propagandists who thrive on falsehood and confusion.

Truth remains constant — Pastor Olumide Obadele stands for unity, truth, and the collective progress of the APC under the leadership of His Excellency, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, and the visionary support of Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo.
